Hi Parag,

By default all charts and dashboards are public. You can control this by changing
the parameters in Global configuration UI. You need to change the parameter CHARTS_PUBLIC to false then its becomes private.Same for dashboards set DASHBOARDS_PUBLIC to false. These Parameters are under Group Analytics.

In future we will have Sharing of Analytics by User, Role and JAM Group.
