How to get prior date if we select current date

Hi Gurus,

Please find the screen shot attached for clear illustration.                       

Above is the illustration of report with Profit center in row axis and

category, date and measures are in columns. so that actuals for 2014.MAY.01 with QTD will be captured in that column.

My requirement is to capture the Actuals for Prior Day selected with QTD in other cells aside of report so that I can use that for other calculation, Can you please help me out with this..

Please let me know if you need more clarification.
