In addition to above questions, could you describe the setup a bit more: are you simply printing via front-end print to Primo PDF as OS (Windows) printer on client? If yes, one would need to know what SAP output device, with what parameters (screenshots from transaction SPAD would be helpful) is being used.
Or is Primo PDF used some other way...? There will not be many people here in SCN, who would be able to diagnose errors in Primo PDF itself and suggest solutions, i'm afraid.
