How size ghs pictograms on labels?

Hi Experts,

while making label I need to have user defined pictograms size. This is how requirement looks like

ghs manufacturing label A4 size - 8.26*11.69 horizontal orientation

pictograms  dimension 46x46mm(diagonal width 65mm)

i am making label using wwi tool available in sap ehs

i am having difficulties on fixing the size of ghs pictograms

what I did is I insert symbol with width 4.6 cm and height 4.6 cm

but when I outout report out of that label pictograms size did not came right size

can any body help me on this please

I really did not understand difference between pictograms dimensonal width and diagonal width

also want to know how wwi measure pictograms size ( I mean do I need to enter dimension or diagonal width?)
