Tables existing in the source (assuming you're talking about ECC) are client independent. That's why you have Client (MANDT) as a primary key on every table in SAP.
Therefore the default will be that all data from all clients is replicated into a single table by SLT which by definition exists in one schema. You can choose to set this up differently and filter replications by client number if you choose, but by default you get all clients in one spot.
