The following problem we are facing: Assembly 1259556 not fixed in CSKB (Material BOM) Subassembly 1193510 of 1259556 fixed in CSKB (removed item 0001 from BOM) Problem in this case is that the Order BOM of subassembly 1193510 is not considered when creating the PP Order of Assembly 1259556 prior then PP Order of Subassembly 1193510. After days of analysis I found the reason: At time of dependend requirement of material 1193510 (raised from planned order of 1259556) the corresponding reservation (requirement type SB) in table RESB has the connection to Sales Order & item (fields KDAUF & KDPOS filled) and will find the order BOM when creating the PP Order. But as soon as the planned order of 1259556 is transferred into a Production Order the corresponding reservation (requirement type AR) of material 1193510 looses the connection to Sales Order & item (fields KDAUF & KDPOS empty) and therefore the Order BOM will not find the order BOM when creating the PP Order. The evidence that it works when the connection to Sales Order & Item on AR reservation is given was done by me in ESA 100 by inserting manually Sales Order & item number by SE16N in Edit Mode, carried out MD02 for Material 1259556 & 1193510 and then created PP Order for 1193510.
