Its really strange . Try to execute connection check programs from the user (interfaces not visible)
SPROX_CHECK_IFR_ADDRESS
SPROX_CHECK_HTTP_COMMUNICATION
SPROX_CHECK_IFR_RESPONSE
Check for any problems ,
