Hi Murukan,
In FBMP, you will need to mark the checkbox for "CALCULATE INTEREST?" for all your levels since you want to calculate the rate from the first day item is due.
You will need to use the Dunning Form with Interest at Level 2 (i.e. Normal Dunning Procedure 2 row) Dunning Text tab so that client receive the notification with interest amount. SAP supplied interest related form "Z150_DUNN_02" can be used for testing.
If Interest calculation method is not already setup, then please setup the calculation. Please advise if in case you need help in interest calculation configuration.
