Dynamic action generated emails

Hi, 

We generate email when pay scale area is changed in infotype 8. These emails are visible through SOST in test environment but are not visible with SOSG transaction. My company disabled SOST for everybody except for basis. I was wonedring can we see those email through sosg? All normal emails not generated through dynamic action I can see through SOSG or SOSB transaction.
