Check if client copy option can fulfill your requirement (t-code SCCL), ask with your Basis guy for it.
NOTE: It will happen on database and SAP std. tables level and it will copy whole client data to another (Source->Destination).
Other option can we conventional LSMW/BDC techniques etc.
