Sorry for late response as I was not available as weekend 
1. why its going so far (10 days) in the future?.
May be your next 10 days are non working days? or check the work center under shifts and intervals whether any breaks had maintained?
2. And my previous question about overload.
For this one I need to look in to the system mean time can you go to strategy profile OPDB configuration under dispatching functions deselect operation date check and try again.
