Thanks for your reply.
I think should not a problem with printer driver.
because previously the user can print correctly using old windows profile.
Only after change to new windows profile, the printing run out.
The only different make to that pc is only change to new windows profile.
Others two pc using the same printer, same driver is print correctly, without any problem.
