Thanks for your response and sorry for delay in my reply.
We are on GRC 10.1 SP04.
I have searched for the corrections corresponding to our version and SP in market place and couldn't find any and also searched SCN for details as well. I have raised a OSS message also, but posted in SCN so that anyone who came across this issue could guide me as SAP taking long time 
My Role is ZTEST_GRC. This is just a single role and we are not using Master-Derived Role concept, instead using Org Roles (created separately)
Role in Backend– Maintained with below values saved Authorizations and generated it and below are the details.
Role in BRM– Maintained authorization data through BRM by clicking Maintain Authorization Data button.
Maintained same authorizations in PFCG through BRM and then synched it in BRM and then generated from BRM.
After generation from BRM below are the table entries and role authorization data.
