today, I got a question that a user can't understand why does 'IP19' showing the maintenance items with no cycle packages defined in it and even the plan items doesn't have its work order.
he showed me 'IP24' for comparison, 'IP24' is showing the maintenance items with work order only.
below is from the IP19 which is showing the skipped maintenance items as well of which cycle package is not defined in it.
please check the description field, 1M(1 monthly) and 3M(3 monthly) is defined in the maintenance plan with no cycle packages, even the item on the result is showing the wrong due package, from the 1st row to 4th row in below image, 1M and 3M has wrong due package, actually the items doesn't have cycle package in the maintenance plan so correct display is that from the 1st to 4th line the due package field should be blank.
the user doesn't seems to want to see the rest of items with no work order, he don't want to see the 1st line to 4th line as the items haven't generated any work order due to its missing due package in it.

in above image, the IP24 result is showing only the items with work order has been generated.
please give me any clue to understand the output differences for IP19 and IP24.
if you can't understand my explanation, please let me know as English is not my mother tongue.
