We did face a similar issue with migrated documents(specifically, freehand SQL) not returning the datasource ID and the data source type on SP05 but was eventually fixed.
Could you please tell us :
1) From which version were the documents migrated from?
2) What is the type of the migrated document? (incase you manually checked)
