i madethe followingchanges.

1. I copied CRM_IC_5X_RAISE_EVENT in ZCRM_IC_5X_RAISE_EVENT and  CL_CRM_IC_5X_HNDLR_RAISE_EVENT in  ZCL_CRM_IC_5X_HNDLR_EVENT.

2. I changed class name in ZCRM_IC_5X_RAISE_EVENT and GV_SELF type in ZCL_CRM_IC_5X_HNDLR_EVENT.

3. I enhanced CL_CRMCMP_I_HIDDENVIEW_IMPL ( DO_INIT and IF_CRM_IC_EVENT_LISTENER~HANDLE_EVENT ).

4. Method DO_INIT does not start so i added CRMCMP_IC_FRAME/HiddenView to view set CRM_ICM_ACT_M/ActivityOP (only for test).

My problem is that method cl_icwc_session_registry=>get_agent_session_queue( ) always return SPACE. So i cant run FM ZCRM_IC_5X_RAISE_EVENT.

I need to do other settings and configurations?
