Many thanks for motivating me for this new move. 
But your response has brought up a new query in my mind. I read it everywhere that Delta filter considers NEW and CHANGED workitems as mentioned in your reply as well. So, could you please elaborate this CHANGED term for me. What all changes are considered for delta filter.
