- On the webpage in Internet Explorer, press F12, or click
then click F12 developer tools.
Click Browser Mode, and then select the browser mode that you want to use. IE9 can be known to have issues rendering launchpads
Change the browser mode to a different version other than 9 and see does this resolve the issue.
