Please let us know your GRC version and SP level.
Also for example if you are executing certain report like "Service Level for Requests", first check is do you have request data in below tables:
GRACREQ, GRACREQUSER tables.(For Access Request Reports)
Also can check if you have any SLA s configured in your system in table GRACSLA with Process ID.
If data is in these tables and you are getting "No Records Found" then there should be some issue. If there is data in the above tables just give Request Number which exists in tables and check if reports are showing the same or not.
