Hope you are doing good.
Nice to hear from you again. It just depends on your need. You should select the par archives that you want to migrate to the upgraded system and continue.
Else just "Remove" and the par archives will not be available in the upgraded system. After the upgrade you can deploy the needed files again. See note 1715441 .
