Thanks for your help. Here are my steps:

1, Login into C4C as Administrator and go to Administrator page (Silverllight version)

2, Create a business role, and assign those four work centers to the new role

1. Add WC Partner Development.
2. Add WC Business Analytics.
3. Add WC Business Configuration.
4. Add WC Application and User Management.

3, Assign one user ( newly created or original existing ) to that new business role

4, Laugh Cloud Application Studio , give address "myxxx.crm.ondemand.com"   and the user mentioned above and its password.

5, All good.
