In our organization, we are working on a clean up activity where we are need to remove unused access from the user.
For ex:
1. If user has N number of roles and is not using two roles in them, we need to remove these two roles. ( user must have got access to these roles as a copy user request).
2. We are using task based roles and even with that we see few T codes in the roles are barely used. So we want to re modify our roles in which there are unused Tcodes.
I am basically looking for the ways as how can we find out what roles are not used by the user form their user master record and also how do we see what Tcodes in any particular role are not used at all ( by all users)
Also I am sure we should have a way to automate this process. I need your inputs on how we can do that?
