retrieve file from FTP every 10 min into SAP system through abap program

Hi All,

I need to retrieve a file from the FTP server every 10 min into the SAP system through ABAP program..

Should I execute the ABAP program as background job and run it on 10 min intervals?

May I have a sample code or the procedure to achieve this?

Thanks for any relevant input as I am very new to this scenario...
