in my opinon the author of this thread, Jian Wen Tan,  will first have to specify, exactly what is the problem.

The description, - as I mentioned in my previous reply -, is entirely unclear.

On the one hand you repeat my suggestion to change the billing date, on the other hand your instructions are based on speculation.

Where do you see in the description what problem is there with "GST" and a value change?

Why do you suppose that cancellation of the cancellation should be done?

Let's wait for the author's clarification first, before making any suggestion.
