Yes, you can do via LSMW.
Before moving towards it, you need to check each plans and update the load sheet for the start of cycle date. Since it is a stratergy based, you need to check, whether this will start inbetween packages, so you need to manually set offset for the same.
If this is just to update start of cycle date, prepare a LSMW and update the date to all maintenance plan. Once updated execute IP30.
