He is trying, but running into an issue where he can't assign the Correct/Helpful Answer to posts. He is in contact with me to see how we can resolve this and if necessary, I can set that status. Might be a few days if we have to get SCN Support folks to take a look.

PS I have seen this happen but only maybe twice before in the new SCN. Never did figure out why and did not spend much time trying. Just set the Answer for the user.
