Employee getting executed in multiple payroll area during payroll run...

Hi,

Our company is going through demerger activities, so we have created 3 different company and all have different payroll area.

Like employee with ABC company - Payroll area 01, Company DEF - Payroll area 02 , company EFG - Payroll area- 03.

I have created Payroll area 2 and 3 by coping from A.

We have different set of employee series for all company code. And in IT0001 all are assigned to proper payroll area.

But now while running payroll, employee XXX can be executed in all payroll area. It is not throwing any error.

Please let me know how can I restrict payroll run for employee, only as per their assignment in IT0001.

Employee XXX is assigned to payroll area 02, so his payroll should be executed only in Payroll area 02. If user will execute this employee in any other payroll area, system should throw error.
