Mean you don't have info packs at any environment?
if yes then whole system/objects need to create from scratch. But please raise to SAP.
From logs they may pull back your deleted objects from SLG1.
if you remembered TR which handled your info pack then again reimport your old TR.
it may pull back your object into target system.
