Standard SAP supports transfer price across company codes. Since you have already activated parallel valuation all you need to do is setup transfer price for profit center view.
Use the below steps in SPRO -> Controlling -> PCA ->Transfer Price
This will ensure for each of the Material posting between profit centers based on the condition type we have defined transfer prices are applied and the same will reflect in your profit center view.
Whereas your legal view and group view will have the material master view prices transferred to the respective view.
