According to the error message it seems to be a case of an incompatible kernel, just like it was described in these threads: thread1& thread2.
The 721 EXT 64bit kernel must be used. Please extract the latest version of the appropiate release of SAPEXE.SAR and SAPEXEDB.SAR into folder ..\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64 and restart the install.
If the problem persists, please provide the latest logs.
