The parameter for the PCH and PURGE can be found in the model configuration guide.
Tried the following:
Add Job Procedure =>
"SAP_SFND"."sap.sop.sopfnd.catalogue::SOPAPI_OPERATOR_SCHEDULER_JOB_ADD"
PCH Schedule Procedure =>
"SAP_SFND"."sap.sop.sopfnd.catalogue::SOPAPI_EXECUTE_SCHEDULER_PCH_JOB"
PURCH Schedule Procedure =>
"SAP_SFND"."sap.sop.sopfnd.catalogue::SOPAPI_EXECUTE_SCHEDULER_PURGE_JOB"
