Recently I tried various ways to simulate the issue. Whenever I tried it were all online scenarios and never encountered an issue. However we have a batch job which creates an action and updates Infotype 0000, 0001 and HRP1000 (to change position text). I realized when this program is executed the position details are not updated in T528B table.
Example: let's say I have a position called Manager and w.e.f 01.07.2015 we changed the description to Senior Manager. So my batch program changes in HRP1000 correctly. When I view the IT0001, it also reflects correctly but when I check T528B it doesn't have the record of 01.07.2015.
While analyzing I also found a note (205187 - PA-PD integration inactive during batch input) which says the integration is inactive during batch sessions. This is as per SAP design. So I need to find alternate ways to address this scenario.
