What's the value in payment amount ( BSEG-PYMNT) and Payment Currency (BSEG-PYCUR) ?
This position seems to be an Exchange Rate posting and the posting in LC and Doc Curr appears because the invoice is in another currency.
Could you send the screenshot of the payment document ?
