Something is still off 
I can't figure it out but it seems so close! When I filter the block by max value No or "No" it does nothing. Does it needed to be added to the block?
Value should be qualified as a dimension or a measure?
Top table is the original, bottom table I put in the max_value measure just to test it. It is showing the name of the Product in each cell where it is not 0.
Here is the ranking in the measure with product/date:
