Hi Tom,
If you refer to SCN you can navigate to the PowerBuilder place (I attach shortcut)
... and "Start a discussion" (which will be associated to that place so that PowerBuilder specialists can see your question).
The "Communications" icon on top of your home web page will sign with a small green circle when someone has replied your question.
If you refer to reporting an incident on SAP Support Site, navigate to
"Report an Incident" icon > Report an SAP Incident > Enter authentication data (S-User)
and the incident wizard will open
