But you are saying more than 9 hours worked would be counted as Overtime then how you will pay this overtime(there shoudl be direct integration from time managment to payroll).
2nd part in between 7hrs to 9hrs (>= 7hrs <= 9hrs) will be counted as flextime balance and this will be cumulated at the end of the month then will update to Flextime absence quota type.
Please clarify.
