Custom Application Configuration for HRRCF_C_REGISTER_UI

Hi,

I have created a custom application for WDA HRRCF_C_REGISTER_UI which is working fine if I test from Backend.

But From Front End, Standard application is getting called. Where do I need to assign the custom application ?
