Probleam withholding tax (Min/Max)

Good day,

When i try do to a MIRO the tax amount don`t respect the withholding min/max.

In spro evertinhg is ok.

And int he table wtak the W/TAX BASE LC have some value. When i clear this field miro work correct form.
