Hello Gurus,
1. Our CRM Project Go Live was from May 2015
2. Our sales team use to create activities but did not maintainted in the system till May 2015 because the process began from May 2015 as i mentioned above. Now the sales teams want to create the activites before May ie, from Jan 2015 - Apr 2015.
3. we can create these activities on old dates with the status completed and it has the value as well.
4. we have a graphical view for the whole year where the sales manager track their sales monthly, and now all the old activities set to completed are not showing the target values in the respective months which are for ex. between Jan to Apr 2015 but they are showing for the present date.
now what can I do to show those old activies on those respective dates.
however we need to ensure that the sale is accounted in the month when the deal was closed depending on the old activity
