Add text "Sent from SAP CRM" to the CRM outgoing email activity

Hi,

I have a requirement to add the text 'Sent from SAP CRM' to alert the recipient that email generated from SAP CRM and not from Outlook. Any suggestions how to achieve this will be greatly appreciated. We have SAP CRM 7.1.
