I did the way u asked me to do:

1. Created a wagetype 1033 in OH11

2. In V_512W_D, Settings done for WT1033, as u asked for:

3. T511 Settings

4. PCR ZNP1 is modified for /804

5. New PCR Created

6. New PCR  inserted in schema as u suggested

7. I maintained IT 15 as shown below (The system throwing an error if I maintain IT15 from 01.05.2015-31.05.2015, But accepts an entry if I maintain it from 11.05.2015-31.05.2015). Currently I have maintained it from 11.05.2015 (Which is the joining date of the employee)

8. When I  run payroll, It gives me an error:

But, When I delete IT15 and run PY, the results are still same .. its still calculating incorrect

Plz help..
