Plan Progress on WBS Element

Hi Experts,

Hope you all are doing Well.  I am calculating Planned Progress for WBS and Internal Activities both on time proportional method. like a activity of 3 month duration from 01.09.15 to 30.11.15 and we calculate on 31.10.15 then the plan progress is 2 month / 3 month = 66.6%)

Configuration

Progress Version:

EV Basis     Budget(Overall)

POC Weighing     Weight

Planning Type     Basic dates

Early/Late     earliest possible

Ref     both Ticked

Measurement Method:

WBS     Plan     Times Pro.

Int Act     Plan     Times Pro.

As i have schedule the project on Basic dates. WBS calculate the date from Activities.

now we have now two basic date: Basic earliest date and Basic Finish date.

now after run the CNE1 for progress calculation

Activity get the plan progress right on the basic earliest date.

but on WBS, it calculated not from basic earliest date but from basic date(Basic earliest+ Basic latest). while we want to calculate from only Basic earliest date.
