Hello:
As per the logs that you shared it appears that SAP WP is having issues connecting to DB.
To confirm please execute R3trans -d and check the logs in file trans.log.
It appears user 'SWPSAP\swpadm' password is incorrect. This needs to be corrected.
Please note that your SAP Services should be started using DOMAIN\SAPServiceSID not DOMAIN\sidadm
