IRS Documentation states: Complete line 15 only if code 1B, 1C, 1D, or 1E is entered on line 14 either in the “All 12 Months” box or in any of the monthly boxes. … If the employee is offered coverage but is not required to contribute any amount towards the premium, enter “0.00” (do not leave blank). We configured Feature UBAES with 0.00 for one of our PSAs. The form is showing ‘blank’. If we configure it with 0.01, we DO get 0.01, so I know the feature is being read correctly. Is this a bug that someone has reported to SAP?
