We are planning to implementing SuccessFactors hybrid Talent Management system. We have SAP HCM system and SilkRoad.
We are planning to start with SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning and then implement other modules. Please advise whether we can implement SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning without implementing SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Recruiting and onboarding?
