Hello Experts,
One of our client is having SAP Work Manger-60 live and again we are upgrading it to Work Manger-62 along with some new customizations.
Basically the idea is to make go-live Work Manger-62 with out disturbing Work Manger-60.
Some of the users will connect to SMP-2.3 for WM60 and some of users will connect to SMP-3.0 for WM62 but both the SMP servers will connect to same SAP system having two mobile Apps(WM60 and WM62).
Now our SAP DEV environment is having both the Add ons(60 and 62) and also we have two SMP DEV serves(2.3 and 3.0).
Everything works fine except one thing.
1.Work order discard option is not working in Work Manager-60 but it works perfectly fine in Work manager-62.
In Work Manger-60 we are able to see all the required Orders after the initial transmit but if we discard any order from mobile it never comes back to mobile unless we reset the client.
Please through some light to address this issue.
