When you configure DWS, PWS and WSR, in the WSR, based on the weekly hrs for the PWS. In a WSR, calculate/enter annual hrs (= weekly hrs x 52 wks), monthly hrs (=annual hrs/12), weekly work days, weekly hrs, (average) daily hrs.
In a PT PCR, you can use HRS operation which will give the hours as below.
Format: HRS=yzzzzz, where
y = indicator to specify origin of the operands
zzzzz = operand

With txn PE02, simply enter HRS in the operation field in a PCR and press Help key; or in PE04 for PT op'n HRS op'n,go to help.
