Navigation to the webpage was canceled

Hi

We use the SAP Web Dispatcher for our CRM 7.0 system. When logging to the system via alias in any browser some links, e.g. search helps based on crm_thtmlb_util service, do not work - a window is displayed with the text "Navigation to the webpage was canceled". On the other side, it works when logging via backend.

Could you please advise a solution if you have experienced this issue?
