I used this setting in BI4.1 SP3
The note tells that its a BUG in the product.
ADAPT01673259 has been fixed in version Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 Support Pack 06 (SP06) and Business Intelligence Platform 4.1
Also the note mention that these commmand line need not to be applied in 4.1 and higher version "Xjvmx,XsapSystem:09,XX:MaxVMs=128"
