I'm trying to explain that.
The sample flatfile which was attached when I post this question, able to load in 3.x data model successfully, however same sample flatfile not able to load after migration from 3.x to 7.x.
So its definitely migration issue now I would like understand if anything working correctly in 3.x suppose to work in 7.x also , without any changes.
I though of post this question if any one gone through the same problem and solution and we can solve this issue with multiple ways like changing escape character and removing double cotes and others( flatfile generating through ABAP in ECC, if any changes in ABAP , required budget) and I'm expecting that "is there any solution (without changing flat file data like escape character ) like OSS note flat file settings .
